We are finally talking about it. Companies are starting to pay attention. And the organizations that move now, before it becomes a crisis, will be the ones that retain their best talent and lead the conversation.

I built Cairos because I did not want to choose between 25 years of building teams and customer journeys and a mission that lights me up. I wanted to bring both together, for the founders who need a CS foundation that scales and for the companies who need to understand what menopause is costing them in productivity, performance, and talent.

Both problems are solvable. I have spent my career proving it.
